3- The Therapeutic Approach
The therapeutic approach aims to treat patients with psychological illnesses through a Psychiatrist in cooperation with the psychologist supervising the case, while following mental health approaches to bring these patients to a state of psychological adjustment or ideal mental health.
Characteristics of a Personality Enjoying Mental Health
Psychology shows us the traits that indicate the extent to which individuals enjoy mental health. These traits are summarized in the following points:
- Psychological adjustment.
- Feeling self-satisfied.
- Feeling acceptance of others and happiness with them.
- Self-actualization.
- The ability to face life's difficulties.
- Psychological integration.
- Good morals and behavior.
- Reaching inner peace.
